The commission included Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, as well as city council deputies Talaibek Daiyrbekov and Zhanibek Asanbekov, who serve as deputy chairman and secretary, respectively.
The purpose of the inspection was to ensure a thorough and impartial analysis of the municipal enterprise's operations, compliance with legislation, improvement of the quality of services provided, as well as an assessment of the rational use of resources and municipal property.
