As part of this project, the construction of business centers, residential complexes, social facilities, as well as parks and recreation areas is planned in the capital. The agreement between the government and the company "RCA Living" was officially approved on October 8, 2024, and signed on October 14, 2024, taking into account additional conditions.
According to the new resolution, all goods imported into Kyrgyzstan for this project are exempt from customs operation fees, as regulated by Article 41 of the Law "On Customs Regulation".
The document will come into effect in a week.
