On the Bishkek–Chaldabar road, activities aimed at combating the illegal sale of fuel and lubricants along the highway are underway. This information was provided by the press service of the Department of Road Safety of the Chui region.
It is noted that protocols have been drawn up against individuals engaged in the illegal sale of fuel under Article 179 of the Code of Offenses. Each violator has been fined 3000 soms.
Three cases of transporting hazardous materials without the necessary permits have also been discovered. For this violation, each offender has been fined 15000 soms.
In cooperation with tax authorities, 1000 liters of fuel have been seized. The confiscated fuel and lubricants have been transferred to the appropriate authorities in accordance with established procedures.
