In the event of a fire, the flames could spread quickly, making it difficult for services to contain it. This threatens the ecological situation and the health of residents in neighboring settlements. Sakkaraev emphasized that the landfill will soon cease to fulfill its functions.
To address the problem, the deputy proposed two options: either the construction of a new waste processing plant or the opening of a modern landfill covering an area of at least 5 hectares. It is also important to consider new standards and avoid previous mistakes, including the mandatory construction of a Bekari pit.
