In 2026, Bishkek plans to significantly increase the scale of greening. The capital will be adorned with about 2 million annual flowers, which will be planted in parks, flowerbeds, squares, and along the main streets of the city.
According to information from the press service, the municipal enterprise "Bishkekzelenstroy" has developed an extensive program for the floral decoration of the capital.
The warm spring will allow for the blooming of about 230,000 tulips by April 10.
Bright floral compositions will traditionally decorate public spaces, thereby creating a festive atmosphere for residents and guests of the city.
The work on planting flowers and caring for green spaces will be carried out in stages, which will allow for maintaining the attractive appearance of flowerbeds throughout the entire season.
