The Bishkek City Hall made a statement in response to the complaints from residents of Bayalinov Street, who expressed dissatisfaction with the operation of bus route No. 64.

Previously, residents reported that the waiting time for buses sometimes increases to 30-40 minutes, and in some cases, they do not arrive at all as indicated in the schedule.

According to information provided by the municipal enterprise "Bishkek City Transport," 12 buses have been allocated for route No. 64, which, according to their claims, are operating normally.

As explained by the city hall, the standard interval between departures is 8-10 minutes. However, during morning hours, due to traffic jams, delays can increase.

Currently, the city hall is also working on staffing the driver crew, planning to send additional buses to routes with high passenger traffic.

Drivers on route No. 64 have been instructed to adhere to the schedule and to depart on time.

Journalist 24.kg personally encountered a situation where he waited for a bus for over half an hour.
