The recording of the incident that occurred at the intersection of Lev Tolstoy and Nekrasov streets in Bishkek is actively being discussed on social media. The video shows how a road conflict escalated into a physical altercation.
Information about this incident was registered in the automated information system (AIS) of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. In this regard, a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are working to identify all participants in the conflict. Based on the results of the investigation, the legal qualification of their actions will be determined, and appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers are urging citizens to maintain public order, show respect on the roads, avoid provocations, and refrain from actions that could lead to conflicts and offenses.
