The court proceedings took place in record time
Today, March 9, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic reviewed the appeal of Kloop media against the decision of the October District Court of Bishkek, which recognized the content posted on the publication's website as extremist.
According to lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov, the Supreme Court judges decided to reject the appeal, doing so very promptly.
Recall that the October District Prosecutor's Office filed a request with the court to recognize the materials of Kloop media, Temirov Live, and "Ait ait dese," as well as the activities of their leaders Rinat Tukhvatshin and Bolot Temirov, as extremist.
The court granted this request from the prosecutor's office on October 27, 2025, recognizing the publications Temirov Live, Kloop.kg, and "Ait ait dese" as extremist.
However, Interpol refused to fulfill Kyrgyzstan's request for the search of Rinat Tukhvatshin, co-founder of Kloop.
