Today, the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan reviewed the appeal of Kloop Media, in which the publication contested the decision of the October District Court of Bishkek. The court rejected the appeal, upholding the previous rulings.

According to Kloop's lawyer, Nurbek Toktakunov, the case was considered in an expedited manner, and the judicial panel confirmed that the materials of Kloop Media are recognized as extremist, as previously established by the October and Bishkek City Courts.

We remind you that on October 27, the October District Court ruled that not only the materials of Kloop.kg but also the information projects Temirov Live and "Ayt Ayt Dese" were recognized as extremist. This ruling also included the activities of journalists Bolot Temirov and Rinat Tukhvatshin.

According to the court's ruling, users are prohibited from liking or sharing the materials of these media on social networks, as this may be considered support for extremist activities.

It is worth noting that the media projects Temirov Live and "Ayt Ayt Dese" were founded by Bolot Temirov, who was expelled from Kyrgyzstan in 2022 by a court ruling that declared his citizenship passport was obtained illegally. This document was annulled.
