Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Kuanyshbek Kongantiev Resigns from His Mandate

Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Kuvatbek Kongantiev submitted a statement for the early resignation of his powers to the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums. This information was confirmed by 24.kg.

The meeting of the Central Commission, where his statement will be considered, is scheduled for March 10.

Kongantiev was elected as a deputy from electoral district No. 21 (Lenin District of Bishkek), receiving 13,379 votes. In parliament, he represented the deputy group "El ümitü Ata-Jurt" and chaired the committee dealing with industrial policy, transport, fuel and energy complex, architecture, and construction.
