Today, at a meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC), a decision was made to prematurely revoke the mandate of Eldar Sulaymanov, who is a member of parliament.

Sulaymanov submitted a request to resign from his powers.

Eldar Sulaymanov, born on July 3, 1985, is the son of Nurlan Sulaymanov, a former minister of transport and communications. He was a deputy of the VII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh from the political party "Ata-Jurt Kyrgyzstan," and in the VIII convocation of parliament, he was elected from the multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 in the Jalal-Abad region.

Earlier this year, Sulaymanov's name became a topic of discussion in the media and social networks due to allegations made by his ex-wife Asel Azamatova, who reported instances of domestic violence. The Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek announced that an investigation is being conducted into the matter. The deputy himself responded that the accusations are one-sided and require legal assessment.

Additionally, there is also discussion in political circles about his possible involvement in collecting signatures for the so-called "Appeal 75."
