
The city administration has been instructed to use the land plot in accordance with its new designation.
The government of Kyrgyzstan has made a decision to transform a land plot in the Oktobrskiy district of Bishkek, changing its status from agricultural to residential land. This information was announced in the Cabinet's office.
According to the official document, the plot of 0.5 hectares, located within contour No. 19 of the Oktobrskiy district, has been reclassified to the category of "residential land." This plot belongs to Viktor Valyaev.
The transformation of the land status is aimed at creating multi-storey residential complexes.
The city authorities have been tasked with making the necessary changes to land registration documents and strictly adhering to the new designation of the plot.
