After the analysis of the actual state of all projects is completed, a decision will be made regarding the continuation of construction work.

The First Deputy Minister, Samat Janteliyev, held a meeting today with the investors of OsOO "Dooolot Kurulush," where he discussed the progress of the audit of the residential complex projects "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov Eco City." He emphasized that it will take some time to prepare the necessary documentation.
The situation with the company "Dooolot Kurulush" has been under the control of President Sadyr Japarov since January 2026, following complaints from citizens. According to preliminary data, more than a thousand investors have invested over 1 billion soms in the projects, but in many areas, work has not even reached the excavation stage.
Furthermore, the developer has not fulfilled its obligations to the Shopokov city administration, which provided the company with 8 hectares of land in exchange for 140 apartments for the municipality. In this regard, a special working commission has been established to investigate the fate of the investors' funds and assess the actual volume of completed work.
