The minister held a meeting with the shareholders of the company "Doolot Kurulush"
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services has become the new owner of the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov." This decision was made during a meeting conducted by Minister Nurdana Oruntaev with representatives of the shareholders of LLC "Doolot Kurulush."
Deputy ministers and heads of relevant departments also participated in the discussion.
During the meeting, it was revealed that clients who purchased apartments from "Doolot Kurulush" four years ago have still not received their housing and have repeatedly complained about the slowdown in construction work.
In response, the Ministry of Construction notified "Doolot Kurulush" of the need to resume construction.
Due to internal financial problems and the shareholders' appeal, the company was placed under the control of the president. The Ministry of Construction was tasked with completing the construction of the specified complexes within two years.
The minister noted that "the prices for apartments will not exceed market rates." A detailed work schedule will also be developed, and costs for materials will be calculated. The financial resources of the shareholders will be used exclusively for construction needs.
Each contract with the shareholders will be reviewed by specialists, and payments will be made according to a newly approved schedule.
It has been promised that the process of using funds and each stage of construction will be transparent.
