Today, Minister Nurdana Oruntaev held a meeting with the shareholders at the site of the residential complex "Kudaybergen." The meeting was attended by the deputy ministers, representatives of relevant departments, and company employees.
It is reported that the shareholders purchased apartments in this complex four years ago, but have still not been able to receive their housing due to the suspension of construction work and financial difficulties faced by the developer. The ministry had previously issued orders to resume work, but the lack of funds hindered this.
The management of "Dooolot Kurulush" has transferred the disputed properties to the Ministry of Construction for their complete finishing and subsequent handover of the apartments to the shareholders.
It is worth noting that on January 22, President Sadyr Japarov instructed to conduct an inspection of the construction company's activities following numerous appeals from citizens. It was previously reported that over 1 billion soms were collected from the shareholders, and more than a thousand people have been affected by the situation. The issues are being addressed by a working commission.
