The work will be completed within two years
A meeting took place at the construction site of the Kudaibergen residential complex between the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services Nurdana Oruntaeva and the shareholders of the company OsOO 'Doоlot Kuruush'. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
According to the press service, the shareholders who purchased apartments about four years ago have still not received their properties due to the suspension of construction work. The ministry had previously sent directives to the company to resume work; however, financial problems led to the ineffective use of the shareholders' funds, which became the reason for the construction freeze.
After the shareholders' appeal, the country's president, Sadyr Japarov, took the situation under control and instructed the Ministry of Construction to take the necessary measures to complete the construction. Currently, the management of 'Doоlot Kuruush' has transferred the construction sites to the ministry's oversight.
The minister noted that the company's assets will be transferred to state ownership, and work on the projects is planned to resume in stages.
Nurdana Oruntaeva stated that the construction of the 'Kudaibergen' and Shopokov complexes should be completed within the next two years. Work to resume the suspended projects will begin within a month, and a review of documents and contracts will also take place. At the same time, the cost of the apartments will not exceed the market level. A clear work schedule will be established, and the shareholders' funds will be directed exclusively to complete the construction.
Additionally, a repeated review of contracts with each shareholder is planned, and further payments will be made according to an updated schedule. All stages of construction and the use of funds will be transparent and under the ministry's control. The transfer of completed apartments will be carried out according to an agreed plan.
