During the inspection by the commission, led by the director of the Department of Architectural and Construction Control, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, residential complexes "Manas" and "Rayan" were examined. The commission assessed the current state and quality of the ongoing work, compliance with project documentation, the presence of all necessary permits, the number of workers on the construction sites, as well as the size of the company's charter capital and the appeals of the shareholders.
As a result of the inspection, it was established that construction at the specified sites is ongoing. Company representatives assured that all work will be completed and the facilities will be handed over by September 2026.
It was also reported that, at the minister's instruction, these construction works will be under constant control of the department.
