Citizens expressed their concerns regarding the completion of construction projects using the seized property of the company, as well as raised questions about compensation for material damages. In response, Ashirkhodzhaev stated that the director of "Dastan Kuruulush" has already been detained, and investigative actions are ongoing.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 66 cases have been registered against "Dastan Kuruulush" in the Jalal-Abad region. Criminal cases have already been initiated for 41 of these, which have been consolidated into a single proceeding and referred to court. The total amount of losses exceeds 36 million soms.
In conclusion of the meeting, the deputy minister assured that all citizens' appeals would be carefully considered, and the investigation would be conducted objectively and comprehensively, while the rights of the victims would be protected in accordance with the law.
