70 new video cameras have been installed in the city
A ceremony was held in Osh to open a new monitoring center designed to oversee compliance with traffic rules. Information about this was received from the city administration.
High-ranking officials attended the event, including Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, Deputy Interior Minister Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev, Head of the State Traffic Safety Department Azhenbek Kozukeev, and Head of the Osh City Police Department Damirbek Isakov, along with other officials.
As part of the initiative, 70 modern video cameras have been installed on the streets of the city, which will record traffic violations and other offenses. Now, there are 125 video cameras operating in real-time in Osh.
The goal of the new center is to enhance road safety, automatically detect traffic rule violations, and maintain public order.
