In the upcoming year 2026, around 20,000 apartments are expected to be issued in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced by Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the population engagement department of the State Mortgage Company, at today's briefing.
According to her, citizens who are approximately in the 3000th position in the queue in Bishkek will be able to participate in the shared construction program. "We allocate half of the apartments through the shared construction mechanism, where a down payment of 50% of the housing cost is required, and the remaining amount can be paid in installments over 15 years at an annual interest rate of 8%. The other apartments will be distributed among those in line," she added.

- Kun-Tuu, Chui region — 2,895 apartments
- Tokmok — 1,905 apartments
- Kara-Balta — 4,950 apartments
- Manas, M. Baizakov St. — 639 apartments, plus 600 apartments in the next phase
- Manas — an additional 1,830 apartments
- A total of about 3,000 apartments are planned in Manas
- Karakol, Karasaev St. (second phase) — over 2,500 apartments
- Cholpon-Ata — 496 apartments
- Balykchy — over 1,500 apartments
- Naryn and Kochkor — about 4,500 apartments
- Talas — 319 apartments
- Osh, Uzgen, and Kara-Suu district — mortgage properties will also be built
- In Batken region, the construction of mortgage houses is also underway.
Thus, across the country, over 75,000 apartments are currently under construction, with a plan for 2026 amounting to about 20,000.
