Over the past two years, the State Mortgage Company (GIK) has demonstrated outstanding results within the "My Home" program. This was announced today at a press conference by Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the public relations department of the State Mortgage Company.
She noted that GIK was established in 2016 and initially operated through partner banks. "At that time, our main task was to check citizens for compliance with the program criteria, while decisions on issuing or denying mortgage loans were made by the banks. By the end of 2022, about 9,000 mortgage loans had been issued," Totubaeva added.

Since 2023, GIK has begun investing funds in the construction of apartment buildings across the country. "In 2023, we issued 4,662 apartments under mortgage programs. In 2026, the process of obtaining housing through GIK will operate on a 'bulk' basis," Totubaeva emphasized.
In the capital, housing is planned to be issued at several sites:
— Residential Complex "Muras" on Malikov Street, 91 - the second phase of the second stage and the complete third stage, totaling 2,280 apartments;
— Residential buildings at the intersection of Volkov and Kustanai Streets - 1,320 apartments;
— Residential Complex "Yntymak" at the intersection of Baytik Baatyr and Southern Highway Streets - the first phase with 918 apartments;
