At the instruction of the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdana Oruntaeva, an audit of the LLC "Bishkek Concrete Plant" was conducted. The inspection was carried out by specialists from the Republican Center for Certification in Construction in collaboration with the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, as reported by the press service of this agency.

During the inspection, several violations were identified, including the absence of necessary architectural and permitting documents and non-compliance with standards mandatory for concrete production. Inspectors took samples of concrete, sand, and gravel on-site, which were sent for laboratory testing to check the compliance of the products with state standards. Further steps will be taken after receiving the results.

This inspection is part of efforts to strengthen control over the quality of construction materials and is a response to previously identified violations at several sites in the capital.

It should be noted that serious violations of construction norms were found in more than ten blocks of the residential complex located at Ankara, 3a (LLC "Aalam Stroy"), which ultimately resulted in a fine of 3 million soms for the developer.

The Ministry of Construction emphasizes the importance of concrete quality control as a key element in ensuring the safety of buildings and compliance with construction norms.
