In the Chui and Talas regions, the construction of plants for the production of precast concrete products is planned, as reported by JSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan".
The construction of new facilities is scheduled for August-September 2026. These measures are aimed at improving the reliability of electricity supply and modernizing infrastructure in the northern regions of the country.
Currently, the sites for construction have already been determined, and the preparation of project documentation has been completed. A construction company has been selected through a tender and will begin work with the onset of warm weather. The project is fully funded by JSC "NESC".

The produced products will be used for the large-scale renewal of the energy infrastructure. Having its own production will allow the company to reduce dependence on external supplies and promptly replace outdated power line supports.
Similar plants are already successfully operating in the Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Jalal-Abad, and Osh regions, producing a total of 12,000 products per year.
