The President's Administration requests 50 hectares in the Southern Planning Zone of Bishkek

A draft resolution concerning the consent for the gratuitous transfer of a land plot in Bishkek, located on Tokombaev Street (Southern Planning Zone), has been submitted to the capital city council.

According to information from the mayor's office, the Presidential Administration sent a letter dated January 29, 2026, under number 11/236, requesting to consider the possibility of transferring a plot of land measuring 50.4938 hectares into state ownership.

This territory is planned for further targeted use in the interests of the state and for the implementation of state programs and projects.

The alienation of municipal property in favor of the state is carried out only with the consent of the local council.

It was previously reported that the Presidential Administration also approached the mayor's office with a request to transfer land plots located at the following addresses: Chuy Avenue, 108 and Kyiv Street, 55 in Bishkek into state ownership.
