Specialists from the Republican Center for Health Promotion have suggested several ways to improve well-being on such days.According to specialists, the first symptoms of weather sensitivity may appear 1-2 days before a change in weather and can last for several days. These include irritability, weakness, dizziness, pressure fluctuations, and other uncomfortable sensations.
Recommendations for improving well-being
- Morning exercises and short flexibility workouts throughout the day will help keep your blood vessels and muscles toned, improving blood circulation.
- Ensure you get a full night's sleep lasting 7-8 hours. Good rest is important for brain health.
- Drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily. Water plays a key role in the functioning of the body. Limit coffee consumption to 1-2 cups a day and minimize alcohol.
- Pay attention to your diet. Nutrition should provide your body with natural vitamins and nutrients, avoiding substitutes and preservatives.
