Symptoms include irritability, fatigue, pressure fluctuations, dizziness, and headaches.
Recommendations for improving condition
- Morning exercises and short flexibility workouts throughout the day will help keep blood vessels and muscles toned, improving blood circulation.
- Sleep should last at least seven to eight hours. Quality rest is the key to normal brain function.
- Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day. Maintaining hydration is critical for the body. Limit coffee intake to one or two cups and minimize alcohol.
- Follow a proper diet. Your food should be rich in natural vitamins and components; avoid substitutes and preservatives.
