Experts recommend adhering to a schedule of sleep, work, and rest, spending more time outdoors, and dressing appropriately for the weather. The diet should include foods rich in vitamins A and C, as well as zinc and calcium: citrus fruits, kiwi, dried fruits, sweet peppers, dairy and fermented dairy products, hard cheeses, boiled fish, and beef.
Drinking warm water and wearing a medical mask in public places are also important precautionary measures.
