From October 20 to 26, 2025, Kyrgyzstan registered 6,699 cases of ARVI, which is 13.9% higher than the figures from the previous week. This data was provided by the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance.

According to updated information, the epidemiological situation regarding influenza and acute respiratory viral infections in the republic remains under control.

Among all the patients, 64.6% are children under 14 years old, which accounts for about 4.3 thousand cases. Of these, 6.7% (452 cases) were hospitalized.
Bishkek, Osh, as well as Naryn and Chui regions showed higher levels of morbidity compared to the national averages.

Epidemiological monitoring of severe acute respiratory infections and influenza-like illnesses continues in Bishkek, Osh, and Tokmok.

Since the beginning of the epidemic season, starting from September 29, influenza viruses have not been isolated.
The Ministry of Health reminds that the flu vaccine is available in private medical centers, where the cost of the vaccination ranges from 400 to 1,000 soms.

When symptoms of ARVI and influenza appear, specialists recommend avoiding self-medication and seeking medical assistance from your family doctor.
