During the discussion, the deputies asked Kadyrov how the necessary financial resources for implementing the administrative-territorial reform in the city were calculated.
According to the data provided by the vice mayor, the calculations have already been prepared. He clarified that at least the specified amount of 39 billion soms will be required for the development of the annexed territories.
Kadyrov emphasized that these funds will be extrabudgetary and will be directed towards the construction of engineering communications and the improvement of infrastructure.
