In particular, 13.2 hectares of irrigated agricultural land located in the Dobol Aiyl Aimak of the Naryn District will be reclassified from the category of "agricultural land" to the category of land intended for industry, transport, communications, energy, and defense.
The specified plot is state-owned and encompasses contours No. 4 and No. 129. The land conversion is being carried out for the needs of constructing a military base for the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The District State Administration of Naryn has been tasked with:
- making adjustments to land accounting documents;
- ensuring the targeted use of the plot;
- developing and approving urban planning documentation in accordance with current regulations;
- complying with all environmental, sanitary, and construction standards.
Furthermore, in the event of discovering objects of historical and cultural heritage in this area, it will be necessary to ensure their protection and involve archaeologists to oversee the earthworks.
It is also important to comply with environmental safety requirements, aviation standards, and to monitor potential natural risks.
This resolution will come into effect in ten days.
