The main goal of the document is to improve the analysis of labor market needs and more effectively plan the training of specialists in the vocational education system.
According to the new regulation, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration will be responsible for coordinating work on researching and forecasting the economy's needs for specialists.
In accordance with the new procedure:
- The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations are required to provide data on the number of graduates from vocational educational institutions and their employment every three years;
- Educational institutions must take into account forecasts of demand for personnel when planning the training of specialists;
- The National Statistical Committee will provide information on the number of workers in various sectors of economic activity;
- The State Tax Service will provide necessary data for labor market analysis upon request.
Funding for expenses related to the implementation of this resolution is planned to begin in 2027 from the republican budget and other permitted sources.
Additionally, the government resolution dated March 26, 2012, No. 203, which previously approved the methodology for forecasting labor resource needs, has been rendered void.
The document will come into effect in seven days.
