The government allocated 30 hectares of land in Baytik for the construction of the KRSU campus

The land plot will be transferred to KRSU on the terms of indefinite use.



During the meeting of the committee on science, education, innovation, information technology, culture, sports, and youth affairs, the deputies discussed a draft law on the ratification of an intergovernmental agreement related to the allocation of land for the construction of the campus of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.


The draft law was presented by Bekbosun Borubashev, Deputy Minister of Education and Innovation. He reported that the government allocated 30 hectares of land in the Baytik rural district for the construction of the KRSU campus. The Kyrgyz side will also take on the resolution of issues related to land and engineering aspects.


Russia, in turn, will fully finance the project, including the construction of all necessary buildings for the educational process.


The land plot will be transferred to KRSU for indefinite use.
