Currently, the country is implementing the construction of 80,000 apartments, distributed across the regions as follows:
- Bishkek - 23,000;
- Chui Region - 22,400;
- Jalal-Abad Region - 12,900;
- Issyk-Kul Region - 9,000;
- Naryn Region - 569;
- Talas Region - 814;
- Osh Region - 7,400;
- Batken Region - 4,116.
Additionally, the Islamic Development Bank is providing funds for the creation of a residential complex consisting of 19 houses with 1,425 apartments, which will be built in the Sary-Ozon rural municipality of the Sokuluk district in the Chui region.
Furthermore, Atakanov reported that the State Mortgage Company is considering the possibility of opening a mortgage program targeted at women, as well as a "green" mortgage. Details on who will be able to obtain these loans will be announced later.
