One of the key issues at the congress was the discussion of the possibility of the Kyrgyz Republic joining the Singapore Convention on Mediation. Participants believe that this decision will allow for the international recognition of agreements reached during mediation in the country.
This step, according to experts, will have a positive impact on the legal system of Kyrgyzstan and increase the level of trust among foreign investors, providing more transparent and effective mechanisms for dispute resolution.
