A draft law initiated by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers may change the existing rules.
The draft law concerning amendments to the law "On Service in Law Enforcement Agencies" was reviewed in the second reading at a meeting of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues, Law and Order, Combating Crime, and Countering Corruption of the Jogorku Kenesh.
According to the committee chairman, Suyunbek Omurzakov, the main goal of the draft law is to abolish the mandatory notarization of document copies for citizens applying to government institutions.
The deputies unanimously supported the draft law without additional discussions.
