Parents will be able to receive it monthly
Adele Zhomartova, a leading specialist in the state benefits department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, spoke about the new rules for receiving the "Bala Irysy" allowance in the program "Elden Sobol." The amount of 1200 soms will be paid monthly and will be uniform for all regions, except for mountainous areas where additional coefficients are provided.
"These payments do not depend on the family's income level," Zhomartova emphasized, noting that to apply for the allowance, the mother's passport and the child's identification number are required.
The process of receiving the allowance has been significantly simplified: it is enough to contact the district office of the Ministry of Labor with the appropriate application.
This project, initiated by the decree of President Japarov in March of this year, covers all children under three years old living in the republic.
