This information has already sparked protests among the local population, as noted by the deputy.
At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Kubanychbek Samakov reported the existence of a document received from the administration of the At-Bashinsky district.
He pointed out that there is a resolution No. 377 dated June 27, 1997, according to which salaries in rural districts are calculated with a coefficient. However, the draft resolution No. 692 dated October 23, 2025, proposes changes.
“It is planned to reduce the salary calculation coefficient in rural districts from 1.50 to 1.30. This has caused discontent among the residents of the Naryn region, especially in the At-Bashinsky and Ak-Talinsky districts,” the parliamentarian emphasized.
He also added that there is currently no official information about changes being made to this resolution.
Furthermore, Samakov reminded that at the kurultai, the president announced the intention to increase salaries for medical workers by 100 percent. Nevertheless, the deputy expressed concerns that the government's reduction of the coefficient could lead to a decrease in citizens' incomes, despite the promised increases.
