Deputy: Animal diseases remain relevant in the country

In his opinion, the current situation is worsening due to a lack of state veterinarians and high prices for services from private specialists.

At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Boloтbek Borbiev reported on the ongoing relevance of animal diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease, smallpox, and brucellosis, which pose a significant threat.

He noted that the situation is complicated by the absence of state veterinarians in certain rural administrations, as well as the high costs of services and medications provided by private veterinarians.

Borbiev called for necessary measures to address this issue, emphasizing the need to strengthen preventive measures and control over animal diseases.
