According to their statements, the basement is intended for commercial purposes, while the residents believe that this space should remain part of the common property.
Among the residents' arguments are the presence of engineering networks, technical communications in the basement, as well as its use for household needs and as an emergency exit. They believe that selling this space could negatively affect the interests of all owners.
