Changes to the Code on Non-Tax Revenues
President Sadyr Japarov has signed a law concerning amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on non-tax revenues. This was reported by the President's Administration.
This law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on February 26, 2026.
The main goal of the law is to improve conditions for citizens when paying state duties.
Now the law allows payments of state duties through ATMs, terminals, internet banking, electronic wallets, mobile applications, and other remote service methods.
As noted in the statement, "these measures will contribute to the effective realization of citizens' rights to appeal to the court and state authorities, eliminating restrictions related to cash payments or bank transfers."
