In Kyrgyzstan, the possibility of introducing penalties for fights between road traffic participants is being discussed. Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Baktyyar Kalpaev has presented a draft law for public discussion.

He notes that in recent months, the number of conflicts on the roads of the republic has increased. Often, such incidents escalate into fights right on the roadway or in other traffic areas.

According to the initiator, these facts highlight the need for additional measures aimed at improving discipline and driving culture, as well as preventing aggressive behavior among drivers.

At the same time, repeated violations within a year will lead to the revocation of driving licenses for up to six months.
