She emphasized that among the drivers there are citizens of India and Pakistan, which creates certain difficulties for local residents who do not speak foreign languages.
“Youth and adults who use taxis sometimes cannot understand the drivers. Therefore, it is important to check their knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz before hiring. This requirement should be included in the licensing rules,” she stated, addressing government representatives.
It is worth noting that starting from July 1, all taxi drivers without the appropriate license will not be able to work in this field.
