As part of the reconstruction, both internal and external renovation works are being carried out, engineering networks are being updated, and the facades are being restored and the buildings are being insulated.
The Minister emphasized the importance of special control over the quality of the capital repairs and modernization of the facilities.
It should be noted that this reconstruction is the first of its kind and is being carried out in accordance with modern requirements.
