Among them, 26,219 are legal entities, while 43,632 are state and municipal employees, as well as individual citizens.
The Tax Service reminds that by April 1, the following must submit their declarations:
- national organizations not related to the budget that do not have tax obligations for property tax for the reporting period;
- foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan with a permanent establishment;
- state and local officials;
- members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as heads of the National Bank;
- heads and deputy heads of institutions and organizations with state participation.
- individual entrepreneurs (except for those operating in specialized trade zones, under the patent system, or at unified tax rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as farms without legal status);
- citizens working in international organizations and diplomatic or consular institutions of foreign states located in Kyrgyzstan;
- individuals who received taxable income for which income tax was not withheld during the reporting period.
