Almost 70 thousand taxpayers have already submitted their declarations. Who needs to file?

As of March 23, 69,851 taxpayers have submitted a unified tax declaration, according to information from the press service of the State Tax Service (STS).

Of this number, 26,219 are legal entities, while 43,632 are state and municipal employees, as well as individual citizens.

The tax service strongly recommends submitting the declaration in advance to avoid last-minute rush.

We remind you that by April 1, the following must submit their declarations:

– local organizations, except those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the reporting period;

– foreign companies operating in the territory of Kyrgyzstan with the establishment of a permanent representative office;

– state and municipal employees;

– members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank;

– heads and their deputies of institutions, enterprises, or organizations with state participation.

By May 1, the following must submit their declarations:

– individual entrepreneurs (except those operating in trade zones with special conditions, on a patent basis, and those paying a single tax at rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as farms without legal registration);

– citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations and in diplomatic or consular institutions of foreign states on the territory of the republic;

– individuals who have received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld for the reporting period.

Other groups of individuals, including those who wish to receive social or property deductions, can submit their declarations on a voluntary basis.
