A special commission, which included employees from the Chui Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, as well as the Regional Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, conducted an inspection together with the Baytik-Baatyr Ayil Okmotu.
During the inspection, it was established that a track for ATVs had been organized on the premises, surrounded by car tires. Auxiliary structures were also found – a container and a garage intended for the storage and maintenance of equipment.
As a result of the inspection, the owner was issued a written order, and the activities of Buggy Drom were suspended until all violations are rectified. The Ministry noted that monitoring of the situation will continue, and additional measures will be taken as necessary in accordance with the law.
