During the inspection, a track for ATVs surrounded by car tires was discovered on the site. Auxiliary structures, such as a container and a garage, which were used for storing and servicing the equipment, were also identified.
“In addition, it was established that a cable was laid for the power supply of the land plot designated for agriculture without the necessary permits. At the time of the inspection, the power supply had been discontinued. These actions, as well as the use of the land plot for purposes other than its intended use, constitute a serious violation of the legislation. The facility is also operating without the required design and permitting documents,” the statement said.
After the inspection, a directive was issued to the owner, and the buggy karting activities were suspended until all identified violations were rectified.
