It is noted that the received video appeal indicated a possible emergency condition of this building located at 20 Fuchik Street.
“At the direction of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev, experts from the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction and Engineering Design conducted an assessment of the condition of the facility. Preliminary results show that the building has been used for a long time with violations, and major repairs of the engineering systems have not been carried out in a timely manner. This has led to damage to the walls and corrosion of the reinforced concrete floors,” the statement said.
The condition of the building has been recognized as potentially dangerous. A final technical conclusion will be prepared upon completion of comprehensive engineering studies.
Information about the condition of the building has also been sent to both the residents of the building and the Bishkek city administration.
