Starting from April 1, an increase in income is expected
From April 1, artists without work experience will be able to expect a salary of around 35,000 soms due to the salary increase. This was reported by Nuradil Karypbaev, head of the staffing and salary analysis department of the Ministry of Finance, in the program "Elden Sobol."
Currently, the income of artists is approximately 16,000 soms.
Karypbaev noted that a presidential compensation payment of 15,000 soms for a full-time position will be introduced for the main staff of all cultural institutions. For those working part-time, the amount will be 7,500 soms.
In addition, an additional compensation of 5,000 soms from the president is provided for technical junior support staff.
