He noted that in 2025, 19,400 Kyrgyz citizens were successfully employed.
However, according to Ergeshov, there is a problem with unscrupulous senders who negatively affect the reputation of legitimate agencies.
“These companies create a negative image for legal agencies, leading to the perception that all of them are engaged in fraud and deception for the sake of profit at the expense of citizens. But one cannot judge all agencies by the actions of one company — almost 99 percent operate honestly and diligently for many years,” he added.
It is worth noting that last week, the GUVd employees conducted an inspection of employment agencies in Bishkek and identified a number of violations. Some of them were sending citizens outside of Kyrgyzstan without the necessary permits (licenses). As a result of these violations, the activities of five agencies were temporarily suspended, and the companies were fined.
